As part of our application process, we evaluate and consider the following criteria:

• Verifiable net income of at least 2.5x the monthly rent.
• Credit history review with a TransUnion credit score of 600 or higher generated by Rentbutter Screening Company at the time of application.
• Public Records Check.
• Current and previous rental history.
• Current and previous employment history.

Applicants may have the option to include a cosigner. Guarantors are accepted on applications where all application criteria are met except credit. Guarantor requirements are listed below.
